HTTP/FTP Proxy Server configuration for "yum" in fedora

use /etc/profile.d/proxy.[csh,sh] files to resolve the problem.

create the following files in the folder "/etc/profile.d" and add the following code to it, and then the proxy server configuration will work in "any shell" for "any user" of the system.
